Ensenada, Mexico - Located in the Bahía de Todos Santos, an inlet of the Pacific Ocean, and backed by a small mountain range, Ensenada is one of Mexico's largest ports.  Not only do recreational boats stop here to clear customs, and enjoy the sights, cruise ships also make stops, making for an often frantic scene while entering and leaving port.

Transport from San Francisco to Ensenada Mexico - Forum Topic

kumbaya's picture

I'm trying to find a honest trucking company who will carry my 38 ft trawler (25000 LB) from San Francisco to Ensenada. I'd be thankful for any phone numbers or names any trucking companies.

Thanks......JIM

Puerto Salina - Baja California MEXICO

Dolce Vita's picture

Puerto Salina Marina is about 30 miles south of San Diego California and is not yet on the charts. Puerto Salina is the first marina in Mexico south of the United States border on the Pacific Ocean, and is located next to La Salina, Baja California.

Jose, who works in the harbor, took us to Ensenada to help us with immigration and customs. The service is free. The service they give us here can only be found in a five star resort. It is not yet a picturesque place but it will be a large resort when they have it finished.
