It is a glorious day deep within Patagonia and it sees us aboard the good ship “Commitment” nicely tucked up in one of my all time favourite anchorages. Estero Coloane is just 50 nm west of Ushuaia and is right smack bang in the centre of the gobsmackingly beautiful glaciers and fjords here in Tierra Del Fuego that were carved out by Mother Nature so many years ago.

Sailboat in Chile

Hey everyone, the last Patagonian trip and the 07/08 program of expeditions is done and dusted and I am back in the office…. great….I just love paperwork…..not!!!

 

When I last wrote I was about to head back to South America to finish off the last trip to the fjords and glaciers and, in part, this is what I said at the time….
