Many more large icebergs have been located within the outside lane of the Antarctica Cup Racetrack by the latest satellite sweep across the South Atlantic Ocean – just where Russian Adventurer Fedor Konyukhov is heading towards on this trailblazing record attempt around Antarctica.
After consulting with specialists of the icebergs drift in the Southern Pacific at the end of last week, Yvan Griboval, organizer of the SolOceans, has decided not to start the second leg of the round-the-world Reconnaissance Tour of the SolOceans, between Wellington and Cherbourg round Cape Horn.
