I am repowering a Rawson 30, and plan to install a Yanmar 3 cylinder, 40 hp, the 3JH4AE. Before I make the plunge, anyone have a comment on this motor?

Having lost my exhaust valves on the old 11 HP Farymann on memorial day Friday , I ordered up a new Yanmar 2 GM20F through my local 'authorized' Yanmar dealer.
