Seagull outboard racing

On September 13th, 2008 captain crunch says:

Saw this nice looking skinny (3'-and-change) 20-something v-bottom plywood skiff near the Hamilton (Ber) Dinghy Club.  Turns out they race this thing using the 5 HP Seagull outboard (Remember them?)  Supposedly around Bermuda averaging 20-something MPH in the ocean.

Sounds like fun.
