Winthering in El Kantaoui, Tunisia

It's cold and wet in Denmark so I am longing for the much warmer climate in Tunisia on the North African coast. Luckily my boat is lying safely in the nice El Kantaoui marina and is being looked after until next visit - which will hopefully be before end of this year.

El Kantoui is really worth visiting and is ideal for wintering. There is a travel lift but not much space for storage of yachts on the dry. But with nice temperatures also in winther there is really no need to take the boat out of the water.

El Kantoui - and Tunisia in general - is a cheap place to stay. A nice place in the marina costs about 2000 Euro a year and the boat is well looked after. Repairs, bottom work etc. can be done at very attractive prices.
