Buying a 30 Pilothouse, any suggestions??

Hello,

My uncle and I are looking at a 1980 Lawson Pilothouse and am eager to find out as much as I can before we sign on the dotted line.  We just got out of a Pearson Triton project and are pretty excited about this boat, but am always interested in learning from other's experiences and wisdom.. Thanks

Sure it's not a Rawson 30 pilothouse?
