As the Japanese police have reportedly started an investigation into three anti-whaling activists who have disrupted the Japanese whaling fleet's activities. And the Japanese government has labelled Sea Shepherd a "terrorist organisation" and issued arrest warrants for one British and two American activists.

Moby Dick
I have, just by chance watched a rather thought provoking program on Melville’s Moby Dick on the BBC at http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00dqfk8/

Only in the UK
Unfortunately, the BBC blocks viewing from outside the UK.
Whales suddenly seem to be popping up all over!
It has been reported in today’s guardian.co.uk, that the Russian director Timur Bekmambetov is to take charge of a modern day "graphic novel-style" adaptation of Herman Melville's Moby Dick.
Perhaps this should be another forum topic. Should such classics be messed with?
