We are trying to Locate Patrick Potgieter that falsified register documents on a Cat 38" in Richards Bay Island Quest, he sold the yacht in 2006 to my father in law Milan Lichtenburg and we are offering a reward to locate him.

He is apprently sailing on charters now around dubai
