Ensenada, Mexico - Located in the Bahía de Todos Santos, an inlet of the Pacific Ocean, and backed by a small mountain range, Ensenada is one of Mexico's largest ports.  Not only do recreational boats stop here to clear customs, and enjoy the sights, cruise ships also make stops, making for an often frantic scene while entering and leaving port. Ensenada is not only one of the largest marina areas in Mexico, it also has a navy base, an army base, and a military airfield, which functions as an airport of entry into Mexico.  Ensenada, Mexico is the third largest city in the Mexican state of Baja California, located about 70 miles (116 km) south of Tijuana, at 31°85'N, 116°62'W. Because of its location on the Pacific Ocean and Mediterranean latitude, the weather in Ensenada tends to be pleasant for most of the year.
